인권위원회, 출입국관리소, 거리 시위와 집회 때 이용할 수 있는 인권 줄넘기.
매우 힘들지만 즐겁답니다!
1. 모든 이주노동자와 그 가족에 권리 보호에 관한 협약
2. 친구, 애인, 혹은 타인과 함께 할 수 있다.
3. 옆에서 같이 외쳐주면 더욱 좋다.
4. 둘이서, 혹은 넷이서 같이 넘을 수 있다.
5. 단, 매우 힘이 들도록 해야 한다.

It is available for the Human Rights Committee, the Immigration bureau, street demonstrations, and assemblies.
It's not easy but very delightful!
1.As skipping rope, crying out the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
2. You can do it with friends, lovers, or complete strangers.
3. Crying out together will be great.
4. You can jump together with two or four.
